Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of the Blue7A SaaS platform for production planning, order control and team collaboration. They apply exclusively to business customers (B2B) and are accepted during registration or first login.

Service & availability

  • Blue7A provides the production planning platform for business use (B2B).
  • Planned maintenance windows are communicated in advance; status updates are provided in the app.
  • Short-term outages are resolved on a best-effort basis — data integrity has priority.

Use & obligations

  • Accounts are personal; sharing passwords is not permitted.
  • Customer data (e.g. CAD/drawings) may only be uploaded with proper authorization.
  • Abuse, pen testing without approval, or automated scraping are not allowed.

Liability & warranty

  • The platform is secured according to state of the art; residual risks cannot be ruled out.
  • No liability for indirect damages (lost profit, production downtime) except in cases of intent or gross negligence.
  • SLA and support levels can be agreed individually (Enterprise).

Term & termination

  • Trial accounts may be deactivated without stating reasons.
  • Paid plans renew automatically per order confirmation unless canceled in time.
  • After contract end, data is deleted or exported per data protection and retention policies.

Intellectual property & license

  • All rights to the Blue7A software (code, design, trademarks) remain with Blue7A.
  • Customers receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable right of use for the contract term.
  • Data uploaded by the customer (drawings, orders, etc.) remains the property of the customer.

Confidentiality & data export

  • Both parties commit to confidentiality regarding internal business information.
  • Customers can access their data via provided export functions (e.g. CSV/JSON).
  • Blue7A provides a complete data export upon request.

Pricing & payment

  • Prices valid at the time of order apply, per price list or individual agreement.
  • Invoices are due as stated on the invoice, unless otherwise agreed.
  • Blue7A reserves the right to adjust prices with reasonable advance notice.

Amendment clause & force majeure

  • Blue7A may amend these terms with reasonable advance notice. Customers are notified by email.
  • In case of non-acceptance, the customer has an extraordinary right of termination.
  • Blue7A is not liable for service outages due to force majeure (natural events, cyberattacks, pandemics).

Jurisdiction & severability

Place of performance and jurisdiction is — as far as legally permitted — the seat of Blue7A. If individual provisions are ineffective, the remaining provisions remain valid.
